About 1 DAY PASS & Annual Pass

  • What types of admission tickets are available?

    There are 2 types of admission tickets at LEGOLAND® Japan: “Annual Pass” that offers year ‘round fun and “1 DAY PASS” for enjoying LEGOLAND® Japan on a specified date.


    • Annual Pass
    Period: April 1 2017 to March 31, 2018, regardless of the first day you visit the park.
    Price: Adults (Ages 13 and up) JPY9,900~; Children (Ages 3 to 12): JPY6,500~

    • 1DAY Pass
    Period: Valid only for the date you specify when purchasing your pass.
    Price: Adults (Ages 13 and up): JPY4,500~; Children (Ages 3 to 12): JPY3,300~.

    ※Book 2-7 days in advance and save up the admission fee

    • 1DAY Combo Pass
    Period: Valid only for the date you specify when purchasing your pass.
    Price: Adults (Ages 13 and up): JPY5,000~; Children (Ages 3 to 12): JPY3,800~.

    ※Book 2-7 days in advance and save up the admission fee

  • At what age does a child require a ticket?

    • Annual Pass
    Children who are 3 years of age or older as of the first date of the Annual Pass (April 1, 2017) will need to purchase a ticket. (Children’s Annual Pass is for ages 3 to 12 and Adult’s Annual Pass is for everyone 13 years of age and up.)

    • 1 DAY PASS
    Children who are 3 years of age or older on the date they visit the park will need to purchase a ticket. (Children’s 1 DAY PASS is for ages 3 to 12 and Adult’s 1 DAY PASS is for everyone 13 years of age and up.)

  • Where can I purchase the passes?

    Passes for LEGOLAND® Japan can be purchased on our website or at any Seven-Eleven store in Japan.

  • How do I receive my ticket?

    • Purchase of 1 DAY PASSES
    【On the LEGOLAND® Japan official website】
    You can select one of 2 options: “Issue an e-ticket” or “Pick up at LEGOLAND® Japan.”
    ① If you select “Issue an e-ticket,” you will receive an email confirming your purchase with a bar code. Simply display the bar code on your mobile device, or print out the email and bring it with you on the day of your visit. Show your mobile device screen or the print-out at the park entrance, and you can enter the park right away.
    ② If you select “Pick up at LEGOLAND® Japan,” you will receive an email confirming your purchase with an order number. Simply jot down the order number or print out the email and bring it with you on the day of your visit. When you arrive, please visit the park ticket booths to pick up your pass.

    【At Seven-Eleven stores】
    Please check your ticket for the visitation date. Any 1DAY PASS (including Family 1DAY PASS), which has been purchased at a reduced price and is valid for a visitation date before the 1st July, must be exchanged at the ticket booth on the day of your visit.
    However, you can enter the park straight away, without queuing, if you purchase a regular priced 1DAY PASS (¥ 17,300 adults / ¥ 13,300 children) even if the visitation date is before the 1st July.
    Any ticket valid for a LEGOLAND visit after the 1st July will have a barcode printed on the ticket itself, and you can therefore enter directly at the entrance gate without needing to queue at the ticket both.

    • Purchase of Annual Passes
    When you have purchased an Annual Pass, you must pick up your pass at the Annual Pass center . When you come to the park to pick up your Annual Pass, you will need to present the following:
    1) The order number in the email confirming your purchase or the voucher issued when you purchased your pass at a Seven-Eleven store.
    2) Any form of identification (such as a driver’s license, official health insurance card or passport, etc.)

  • Is it O.K. if the name of the person who will purchase the pass and the name of the cardholder on the credit card used for payment are different?

    Yes, you can purchase an Annual Pass (or a 1ST TO PLAY Annual Pass) even if the name on the pass and the name of the person to be billed are not the same. Please note, however, that the email confirming the purchase will be sent to the email address which was registered as the billing party’s email address.

  • About supplying a photograph for an Annual Pass.

    It is possible to supply a photograph for your Annual Pass in advance, only if you purchase the pass online using a desktop or laptop computer.
    If you purchase your Annual Pass using a mobile telephone or tablet device, you will only be able to choose “Take a photograph at the park.”
    (Please note that you may be asked to re-take your photograph at the park in case the photo does not meet the park regulations, for example, “Purikura” photos (taken at print-club photo booths), unclear photographs or photographs which are not true likenesses of the person who has purchased the pass. We appreciate your understanding.)
    Please note that once you have completed your purchase, it will not be possible to change your photograph option from “Take a photograph at the park” to supplying a photograph in advance. Also, it is not possible to change your photograph once it has been registered.
    Our staff will take your photograph when you first visit the park if you have selected “Take a photograph at the park” or have purchased a pass using a mobile device.

  • I haven’t received an email confirming my purchase.

    The email confirming your purchase may not reach you, depending on your email settings.
    The reason may be one of the following:

    ・ Please check your “spam” email folder, as the email may have inadvertently been directed there.
    ・ Please make sure to register an email address that you will be able to receive on your smartphone, tablet device or desktop/laptop computer.
    ・ Please check your spam email settings, as this could have prevented the e-mail from reaching you.
    ・ If you would like to specify the domain, you will need to allow incoming emails from the “@accesso.co.jp” domain name.
    ・ Please verify that the email address you have entered is accurate.

  • I want to change some of the information that I have registered.

    We regret that it is not possible to change information once it has been registered.
    However, you may change the e-mail address, to which LEGOLAND® Japan will send you information, by contacting Customer Service.

  • How do I receive my Annual Pass?

    You must pick up your pass at Guest services.  When you pick up your Annual Pass, you will need to present the following:

    1) The order number in the email confirming your purchase or the voucher issued when you purchased your pass at a Seven-Eleven store.
    2) Any form of identification (such as a driver’s license, official health insurance card or passport, etc.)

     

  • Can I upgrade my 1DAY PASS to an Annual Pass?

    Yes, of course. You can upgrade your family pass at Guest Services on park, only on the day of your visit. 

  • I have somehow lost my Annual Pass. Can it be reissued?

     In case your Annual Pass is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact LEGOLAND® Japan Customer Service or please inquire at a ticket booth on park. Please note that there is a ¥ 500 charge for reissuance of an Annual Pass. In case you lost your Annual Pass ticket, which you purchased from 7-Eleven before you could convert it to an Annual Pass chip card, we’re unfortunately unable to issue an Annual Pass. We’d kindly ask for your understanding.  

  • Can I get a refund on a pass I that purchased?

    Please note that passes are non-refundable/non-cancellable in principle.

  • Is it acceptable to share an Annual Pass with another person or transfer it to another person within the Annual Pass’s validity period?

    The Annual Pass is valid for use solely by the registered person. The Annual Pass cannot be re-sold, lent or transferred to family members, friends or any other person. Please note that entry to the park may be denied if we cannot confirm your identity.
