How to Use Reservation-Only Attractions

Reservation Procedure

①Visit the reservation page

Tap “Join the waitlist” from the appropriate attraction’s reservation button. (Splash Pad shown in example.)

②Register your email

Follow the on-screen prompts to enter your email address.

③Confirm tentative booking email

Close the page and check for the confirmation email.

④Tap the URL to open the reservation page

Use the link in the confirmation email to access the reservation page.

⑤Select number of guests and time slot

Choose your party size and preferred time.

⑥Agree to terms and conditions

Review and confirm. Note: no separate notification when your turn arrives.

⑦Review reservation details

Ensure information is correct.

⑧Reservation confirmed

Once “Reservation complete” appears, check for the completion email.

⑨Show confirmation email at entrance

Present the reservation email at the attraction entrance.

Important Notes

  • Reservations are required and close when capacity is reached.
  • Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Chaperones must be 16+ years old, at least 130 cm tall, and capable of supporting the child or disabled guest.
  • One chaperone can accompany up to two children.
  • Never leave children needing supervision unattended.
  • Water attractions get you wet.
  • Swimwear is mandatory for all, including adults.
  • Barefoot entry only.
  • Come already changed into your swimwear.
  • No eating or drinking on the attractions.
  • The Splash Pad slider is available for guests who are at least 102 cm tall and weigh 90.9 kg or less.
  • Follow staff instructions in emergencies.
  • Reservations may be canceled due to system issues or weather.
  • Canceled reservations are void and non-replaceable.

Who Cannot Use These Attractions

  • Those feeling unwell or dizzy
  • Individuals with heart, neck, back, or spinal conditions, or where use may worsen symptoms
  • Those wearing unsecured medical devices
  • People with abnormal blood pressure
  • Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

  • Physically disabled
  • Prone to motion sickness
  • Suffering from respiratory problems
  • Using a wheelchair
  • Pregnant
  • Experiencing back pain
  • Have tattoos
