RETURN POLICY

f you wish to return or replace merchandise purchased at outlets in our park, please bring the items in unused and unwrapped status with the original receipt within 30 days (inclusive of the day of purchase). However, please note that some merchandise cannot be returned:   

  • Used merchandise
  • Merchandise that has been damaged or defaced by the purchaser
  • Merchandise that has been partially or fully assembled.
  • Sales merchandise (Discounted items)
  • Merchandise purchased through mail order and/or internet auctions, etc.
  • Please note that the following items are non-returnable for reasons related to hygiene, safety and copy protection, etc.:

 Drinks, Food, Made to Order items, Books/Magazines, Music CD, Visual Software, Game Software, etc.

Park operation during the winter

We may change the operation hours depending on the weather condition such as heavy snow, ice or low temperature. We hope you enjoy our winter friendly attractions and food when the cold weather arrives.
