August 17, 2023 Update
LEGOLAND Japan and Sea Life Nagoya were temporarily closed on August 15, 2023 due to the approach of Typhoon Lan.
Please check the following information for those who have admission tickets for the day of the temporary closure and for those who were unable to visit the park due to transportation disruptions caused by Typhoon.
Ticket Information
In the event of impacts from the typhoon, such as disruptions in transportation, delays, or other disruptions to road networks that prevent customers from visiting the resort facility on the scheduled date or require a change in plans, the following measures will be taken:
Applicable Date Range for Tickets: August 5, 2023 (Saturday) to August 18, 2023 (Friday)
Deadline for Ticket Rescheduling: Within 3 months from the originally scheduled visit date
Fee: No charge
When visiting on a rescheduled date, you can exchange your ticket for a valid entry pass at the Park Ticket Counter. If you cannot visit within the specified period, cancellations are also accepted; please contact the purchasing store (such as travel agencies).
Please note that this arrangement applies to customers who are unable to visit on the scheduled date due to the transportation disruptions caused by Typhoon Khanun and Typhoon Lan, as well as to those who hold admission tickets for temporary closure days. It does not apply to cases of customer convenience.
