Changes to Age & Pricing Classifications

Keeping in line with guest demographics and our commitment to guest satisfaction, we at LEGOLAND® Japan Resort LLC will be revising our policies in regards to age classifications. As a result, our pricing in regards to children will cover all individuals up to 18 years of age. This change will be taken into effect for all purchases made from Tuesday Jun 27th, 2023.

Classification for Child Pricing

Prior to Change 3 ~ 12 years old
After Change 3 ~ 18 years old
Applicable From All purchases/booking dates from June 27th, 2023 from 00:00

Regarding Refunds

LEGOLAND® Japan Resort LLC will offer compensation for affected guests who have already made bookings on or prior to May 11th, 2023. Refunds will be compensated in the form of meal coupons, which can be used within the park. Meal coupons will equate to the price difference between an adult and child depending on the circumstance. To qualify for compensation, guests must pass both of the following prerequisites:

１．Individuals between ages 13 to 18 years of age who have purchased at an adult rate

２．Individuals who are part of one of the following categories:

    1. Tickets purchased prior to May 11th 2023 with a visit date on or after June 27th 2023*
    2. Annual Passes purchased prior to May 11th 2023 and expire on or after June 27th 2023
    3. Hotel bookings made prior to May 11th 2023 with stay dates on or after June 27th 2023*

*Purchases and visit/stay dates between May 12th 2023 and June 26th 2023 are not applicacable for compensation.

How to Claim Meal Coupons

For those who qualify, you may claim your meal coupons from one of the following facilities within at resort:
*Applicable guests will be required to present proof of age by form of Personal ID
