Our host was very kind and sincere, and spending time with her was truly comforting. She took great care of our daughter, and we were sad to say goodbye at the end of the day.
Although it was a very hot day, she took wonderful care of us throughout—we truly appreciate her dedication. My husband also greatly enjoyed the opportunity to speak with the LEGO Model Builder and gain valuable insights. As we love shows, we were thrilled to watch them from VIP seating. It was our first time visiting LEGOLAND, and thanks to the VIP Experience, we were able to fully enjoy our day. My son was absolutely delighted with the many special experiences.
I also thoroughly enjoyed the Nagoya Castle workshop and found myself completely immersed in it, feeling like a child again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful day.

My son says, “Thank you to the nice host for showing us so many fun things and taking lots of pictures of us!”
He has an autoimmune condition and has been undergoing treatment and regular hospital visits for about two years. My mother also had surgery for colon cancer last year and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. Because crowded places carry a higher risk of infection for both of them, we were concerned about waiting in lines.
The VIP Experiences allowed us to enjoy LEGO activities and take breaks in a private room, which gave us great peace of mind. We truly appreciated being able to relax and enjoy our visit in such a safe and comfortable environment. Thank you very much for your thoughtful and kind service.

We wanted to specifically mention that his biggest highlight today was the workshop, thanks to your thoughtful attention. The moment where he asked you why there was no omelet and you suddenly brought one out for him was a true example of your outstanding service—it made his day!
