Responsible for supervising, monitoring and attending to park rides, including boarding and securing passengers, starting rides for providing a safe and fun experience for our guests while they enjoy the rides and attractions in the park, and also responsible for guest service in theater.
Admissions have the responsibility of being the first guest. You will sell a ticket or Annual Pass.
Naturally LEGOLANDⓇ is all about hands on learning and interactive play with LEGOⓇ bricks and products. Education staff is the heart of this park experience. You will instruct children group/class.
Responsible for sales at a souvenir shop, where you help our guests purchase memorable moments to take home, and maintaining stock replenishment.
Entrance have the responsibility of providing information at the entrance gate, upgrading regular ticket to the Annual Pass, and managing lost child and lost property.
Responsible for making rounds in the park, checking baggage in front of entrance, admission.
Responsible for cleaning park to be attractive, neat and safe for guests. Besides this, you will take on the role of guests support who looking for destinations and photography.
Responsible for supporting event and show progress, escorting a character and related entertainment support. You will arrange the environment so that guests can enjoy it safely, support announcements in front of many people and take a memorial photography for guests.
Responsible for guest service at restaurants (providing fast food) in the park, mainly at hall and cashier. You will also take care of selling food at food cart and replenishing to vending machines.
Responsible for cooking and supporting kitchen operations at a restaurant (providing fast food) in the park.
Responsible for responding to various inquiries from our guests by telephone before and after visiting the park. Also making hotel reservations.
Responsible for collecting various information such as event information in the park, lost child visitor, operation situation of the attraction, and distributing it to the staff in the park for excellent guest experience.
This position is work at our warehouse. Responsible for accepting luggage using a forklift (required license) and delivering it to each store in the park.
Responsible for maintaining all wardrobe in the park and restaurants.
Responsible for supporting physical injuries and injured guests in the park. You will provide emergency relief, hospital introduction, and nursing in the aid room.
* Nurse qualification or qualified as an emergency life-saving person is required.

Hotel Guest Relations
Responsible for taking care of guests’ luggage, providing information to our guests at the hotel lobby as a concierge.

Responsible for supporting guests' experiences at Sea Life, including selling tickets at Sea Life (aquarium), in-house information, communication with customers, workshops and so on. Within these positions you can interact very closely with our guests.
