Group Program FAQ

School Groups

Please approach one of the LEGOLAND® staff or ask at the Lost Parents/Kids  in Guest Services. Please note that announcements for a missing child cannot be made.

Please ask at Guest Services  for the lost and found within the park. Regarding inquiries for the lost and found after leaving the park, please contact the Call Center by telephone.

Groups that participate in the Program for School Groups are allowed to bring and have their own lunch during weekdays (excluding specified days) after applying in advance. Please note that this arrangement may not be available due to the limited space.

We offer low allergen meals. Please click here for details.

Yes, they are allowed to be brought in.

We do not allow re-entry in the park.

We are planning to prepare a location. Details will be notified on the website as soon as they are decided.

Unfortunately, we do not have a car parking area. Please directly contact the car parking facilities located around the park.

The Annual Pass cannot be used for the Program for School Groups since special services such as a workshop exclusive for the group and discount meal plans are provided for the program.

Siblings and guardians of children in groups of nurseries and kindergartens are allowed to enter the park with the group. The admission fee of the Program for School Groups will be applied。

Unfortunately there is no waiting area.
