How to purchase?

*Reservations are restricted to capacity, and are only available up to 2 days prior to your intended visit.
After your purchase, our VIP team will contact you from a dedicated email address ( V.I.P@legoland.jp ) and discuss with you about the details of your visit.

We would accept date changes only once, you can choose from within three months of the original tour date.
*If you change the date from weekends to weekday, you may have to pay the difference for it. Also, we cannot refund if you change the date from weekends to weekdays.
- Even if you contact us that you will be unable to join the VIP Experiences on the day, we cannot accept date changes or other adjustments.
- If you arrive late for the meeting time, the tour duration may be shortened, and we may be unable to provide the experiences you requested.
- Due to weather conditions, system malfunctions, or other reasons, operating hours, attraction operations, package contents, tour details, exhibits, and facilities are subject to change, closure, or removal without prior notice.
