LEGOLAND Japan is located at Kinjofuto, Minato-ku, Nagoya.

LEGOLAND®Japan is geared for children aged 2 to 12 and their families, but adults are certainly welcome to visit the park on their own.

Children 12 and younger must be accompanied by someone who is at least 16 years of age.

The following items are not permitted to be brought into the Park or SEA LIFE Nagoya.

Food and Drink
In principle, it is prohibited to bring in food and drinks.
■Drinks in bottles/cans
■Alcoholic beverages
■Foodstuffs including box lunches, rice balls and other kinds of snacks

Personal belongings and animals

■Outdoor wagons
■Push tricycles
■Large-sized luggage, including luggage with wheels
■Rollerblades, skateboards and roller skates, etc.
■Baseball bats, wooden swords, golf clubs, etc.
■Photography equipment, such as tripods (monopods)
■Musical instruments, toy guns, handcuffs, balloons and fireworks, etc.
■Pet animals (excluding guide dogs)
■Transceiver
■Flag/Arm band

Dangerous items
■Sharp metal objects and all sharp-edged tools, including cardboard box cutters, scissors, etc.Firearms, gasoline, chemicals, poisons and all items containing gunpowder (firecrackers, etc.)
■Heavy items that could be used as weapons

It is prohibited to bring lunch boxes and drinks into the park, including the following items:
■Drinks in bottles/cans 
■Alcoholic beverages
■Foodstuffs including box lunches, rice balls and other kinds of snacks

However, the following exceptions to the above (please show items at security check, before entering the park).
※ Baby food
※ For guests with special food allergies are permitted to bring lunch boxes into the park.
※ If you have a bottle of max.500ml, that you can put in your bag, you're allowed to bring it.

• Purchase of 1 DAY PASSES
【On the LEGOLAND®Japan official website】
You can select one of 2 options: “Issue an e-ticket” or “Pick up at LEGOLAND®Japan.”
① If you select “Issue an e-ticket,” you will receive an email confirming your purchase with a bar code. Simply display the bar code on your mobile device, or print out the email and bring it with you on the day of your visit. Show your mobile device screen or the print-out at the park entrance, and you can enter the park right away. 
② If you select “Pick up at LEGOLAND®Japan,” you will receive an email confirming your purchase with an order number. Simply jot down the order number or print out the email and bring it with you on the day of your visit. When you arrive, please visit the park ticket booths to pick up your pass.

【At Seven-Eleven stores】
Please check your ticket for the visitation date. Any 1DAY PASS (including Family 1DAY PASS), which has been purchased at a reduced price and is valid for a visitation date before the 1st July, must be exchanged at the ticket booth on the day of your visit.
However, you can enter the park straight away, without queuing, if you purchase a regular priced 1DAY PASS (¥ 17,300 adults / ¥ 13,300 children) even if the visitation date is before the 1st July. 
Any ticket valid for a LEGOLAND visit after the 1st July will have a barcode printed on the ticket itself, and you can therefore enter directly at the entrance gate without needing to queue at the ticket both.

• Purchase of Annual Passes
When you have purchased an Annual Pass, you must pick up your pass at the Annual Pass center . When you come to the park to pick up your Annual Pass, you will need to present the following:
1) The order number in the email confirming your purchase or the voucher issued when you purchased your pass at a Seven-Eleven store.
2) Any form of identification (such as a driver’s license, official health insurance card or passport, etc.)

Yes, of course. You can upgrade your family pass at Guest Services on park, only on the day of your visit. The number of Annual Passes you can upgrade to is limited by the number of visitors for the FAMILY PASS you’ve purchased.

The email confirming your purchase may not reach you, depending on your email settings. 
The reason may be one of the following:

・ Please check your “spam” email folder, as the email may have inadvertently been directed there. 
・ Please make sure to register an email address that you will be able to receive on your smartphone, tablet device or desktop/laptop computer. 
・ Please check your spam email settings, as this could have prevented the e-mail from reaching you.
・ If you would like to specify the domain, you will need to allow incoming emails from the “@accesso.co.jp” domain name.
・ Please verify that the email address you have entered is accurate.
